Windows Hardware and Software support includes: Fixing MS Office applications, fixing update issues, diagnosing and fixing speed/latency related issues, replacing hardware.
Apple Hardware support includes: Diagnosing and fixing speed/latency related issues, Hardware diagnosing and replacements.
All work performed requires a waver as of 10/13/2021. This waiver includes terms and conditions, warranty and pricing agreements.
